Syno Media Private Limited is developing a platform (“manicpod” or “We” or “Us”) for the purpose of broadcasting digital audio. In this regard, We will allow participants to register on its website www.manicpod.com (“Website”) and its mobile interface application program (“App”). Collectively the Website and App is hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” This Platform is maintained and operated by Us. The objective of the platform is to acquire, maintain and distribute content provided by our registered users.
